1.  Submission of Application  ( Membership Proposal Form)

2.  Grant of Use Club Member (UCM)

3.  Procedure for Permanent Membership

-  Security Clearance

-  Handicap Test

-  Golf Tutorial Test

-  Grant of Permanent Membership

-  Interview with the Club Captain

4.   Application of membership will be routed through the Balloting Committee.

5.   Serving Defense member’s application will be initiated administratively through Note Sheet.

 6.   Every member will become a UCM first.

 7.   After achieving certain qualifications  will become permanent member

Documents to be submitted with Membership Proposal Form

• Membership Proposal FORM duly filled up and signed by the applicant. Recent photograph of the applicant (02 copies passport size and 02 copies stamp size)
• A Crossed Check/Deposit Slip/Online Transfer in favour of Jolshiri Golf Club, Trust Bank, Acct Number 0002- 0211430156 with applicable amount.
• Certified true copy of the current Income Tax Return 
• Certified true copy of valuation of income Tax Return submitted to the income Tax authority ( Civil members )
• Certified true copy of paid Income Tax Challan ( Civil members ).
• Photocopy of NID and  Passport (if available).
• Photocopy of NID (Spouse) and Birth Registration Certificate ( Dependent members)
• Certified true copy of Educational Qualification Certificate (Civil Members only)
• Employment certificate from Head of the Organization (  Government service Holders only)
